Basic Rules to Follow in Setting up Various Email Clients
Email:  name@yourdomain.com
 
Internet POP3 Incoming Mail Server Settings - Any of the following:

         pop.yourdomain.com
         mail.yourdomain.com
         yourdomain.com
 
Internet SMTP Outgoing Mail Server - Any of the following:

         smtp.yourdomain.com
         mail.yourdomain.com
         yourdomain.com
         If outgoing email is blocked by your ISP, use their outgoing SMTP settings.
 
"My Server Requires Authentication" option needs to be set. Under Outgoing Mail Server Settings (this is named differently in various email clients) you need to log on using your email name@youdomainname.com and password.
 
Account:  name@yourdomain.com
Password:  Enter Password
