Open Outlook. Click on Tools, then E-mail Accounts at the top of the window. The E-mail Accounts tab may not show immediately, click on the arrows in the drop down part to expose the rest of the tabs.

Choose “Add a new e-mail account” and click Next

Select POP3 and click Next

Fill in the User Information: Enter your name and your e-mail address name@yourdomain.com
Enter you Logon Information: your name@yourdomain.com and password
The Incoming mail server is: pop.domain.com
The Outgoing mail server is: smtp.domain.com
Click on the More Settings button and another window will open

Go to the Outgoing Server tab
Check “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
Click “Log on using”
Enter the name@yourdomain.com
Type your password
Click OK

Click Finish
