Outlook 2007

Some ISP's block the SMTP Relay causing outgoing messages to bounce. If this happens to you, follow the instructions below by changing the outgoing SMTP port settings.

1. Open Outlook 2007

2. In the Menu bar click on "Tools" and then "Account Settings"

3. Highlight the email account and click "Change"

4. Click on "More Settings"

5. Under Outgoing Mail Server, select the "My server requires authentication" in check box.

6. Click "More Settings", click "Use Same settings as my incoming mail server".

7. Click on "Advanced" tab

8. Under Server Port Numbers, in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field, type 26 and then click OK.

9. Click Next

If you are still having problems, reboot your computer and try sending email again.
